My hubby and I are TTC. This is our third try. I expected it to happen quickly, but apparently TTC is more complicated than I thought. I need to starting keeping track of BBT and CM, but my question is this... how do you track CM when you BD every other day? It seems like I have no CM at all. Am I the only one who finds this difficult? Thanks.

It may be that you cant tell between your cm and his sperm. sorry if tmi but need to say it to get my point across, kay. Or you may not be able to tell it aprt from your own arousal fluid. After the bd and after you lay there for awhile or all night if you do it that way get a bath. than a couple of hrs later or in the evening would be best, but you should be able to tell, but you may be one of the many who dont have any good cm at all. They take either robotuson or green tea. or I hear that v8 may work too. the robo I am not sure of how much or anything, the green tea you should drink a glass or two a day. It is better cold and sweetend. many have treid it hot and I hear it is awfull. I have never tried it hot, but I love it cold. Good luck!!!!!

Yes, it is hard to tell you cm when you're bding all the time- I've about given up on that part. Try to check between bd's....you can usually at least tell when the creamy stuff starts after "o"- I find theres alot more of it just after "o" happens. I figure- if you're bding anyway then you're covered, right? So why stress. If you really want to determine "o" then certainly start charting bbt or using OPKs- that will help you more I think.

This board moves so fast, people "bump" the message when it goes off the first page to make sure everyone sees it or they do it because they want a response and the board moved too fast no one saw it.
