CM Changed During Day

Please help - I can't find a note on this one in TCOYF. What do you record your CM as if it seems to have changed consistency during the day? For instance, yesterday morning it was a little between "dry" and "sticky." I entered "dry" on my chart. However, by last night my CM was between "sticky" and "creamy."

The CM earlier in the day left "rectangular lines" in my panties, just like TCOYF says the nonfertile CM will. However, later in the day, it left the more circular pattern...

So on my chart for yesterday, what do I enter as my CM for the day?

TIA to all you experts who can help me out!

Hi Tami!

From what I know, you're supposed to record the most fertile type of CM that you had that day. Hope this helps! If in doubt, BD, BD, BD ;-)

Cheers!

Tami, I believe you are supposed to use the most fertile type of CM that you find throughout the day. With CP, you should look at the same time every day.

I hope this helps!

Thank you! I should be covered regardless - the poor DH was out of town all week until last night, so he pretty much got pounced on when he walked in the door. =)

I would enter it as the most fertile that you have for the day. It's common for it to change sometimes, and it's best to mark it as the most fertile so you really know where you are.
