Do you chart? I would say maybe you are having a long cycle and had a late ovulation or haven't ovulated yet. Maybe stress is delaying your O this month. Without charting, it is hard to say what is going on exactly. I am on cd 47 with no o yet, so I too am 2 weeks late and know I'm not pg. Hope this helps and hopefully af or a bfp is just around the corner.

The first step is to purchase a basal thermometer. You can get them at the drug store or WalMart for about ten bucks or so. I have one that just rounds to the nearest tenth of a degree, but I think there are ones to the nearest hundreth too.

Then you need to record your temp at the same time each morning and at least after three hours consecutive of sleep. I take my temp at 6am becuause that's my waking time on week days and even on the weekends I wake up them, temp and go back to sleep. The most important thing is to take it at the same time. Also, say you have to get up an hour before you temp, then you should take it then and not at your normal time.

If you go to fertilityfriend.com there are free charting lessons which I recommend. You can create a chart and fertility friend will let you know when you have ovulated when you have three higher temps. Usually, your temps are in the lower range then one day you will notice they have gone up. If they stay up you can confirm ovulation. The day before they went up is usually the day you Oed. The key is to bd before you see the temp spike based on cervical mucus and your normal cycle length.

Since you don't know if you ovulated yet or not, I would just start charting for practice. Either you will get af w/ in the next two weeks or you will see your temp spike and then you will get af/bfp around two weeks after. For now, assume you haven't Oed yet and bd anytime you have fertile cm, which is the stretchy egg white or thin mucus. I am waiting to O too and it has been a very, very long cycle!

Hope this helps! Also, temping will be easier when you start at the beginning of your cycle, just consider this cycle practice. Hopefully you won't have to chart next cycle because you'll be pg. Good luck.
