I have a silly question....

I know PG women should not have alcohol. But when cooking requires to put red wine and cognac to marinate, is it O.K.?

I mean, after the meat will be cooked and the alcohol would have been evaporated, right?

I'm making roast beef for supper but I need to marinate it this morning.

Thanx,

Dim

Good question, I think as long as you cook whatever it is it gets rid of the alcohol, just like after you cook it kids can eat it. I think its stuff that you don't cook with alcohol in it like a desert or something that would be an issue.

What time is dinner I'm hungry LOL.

Still even if you are not pg, in cooking you remove the alcohol so I don't think it matters.
