Ok. I had the regular O cm on the 10-12. We bd on the 12th. Wold have earlier as well but I was sick. Anyway, ever since I have had thin and slippery cm and lots of it. What does that mean? I dont think I have had this before and if I have defeinately not to this extreme. Its just slippery and thin and slimy. Has anyone else experienced this?

YES!!

what cycle day are you on now? I am 3 weeks late due for AF.....and STILL have slippery/lotiony cm.

I keep testing and getting BFN's......if you get any info on this please let me know.

I O'd on July 14th - and still have the same CM and am on cycle day 48.

I am only 5 days past o. I have been having it for a couple days now. I doubt I am preggers because we only bd'd once, but I was very relaxed because it was our anniversary. Do you think its too soon for that kind of cm if I am?

I'm glad I read this one. I have been looking all over the boards for this subject. I have had slippery cm for over a week. It went away a little after I thought I o'd then came back two days later. I'm irregular so I don't think it is a sign of pregnancy. Any thoughts would help.

Me too!!! I am really frustrated because my OPK tested postitive on Aug 11th so I BD several times the next few days. I have had milky CM since then but today it was very watery, runny and a lot of it. I almost felt like I was actually ovulating because it reminded me of fertile CM but not so thick. I am a bit stumped. Maybe some of us are ovulating twice in one month???

I pulld this off of Fertility Friend. I don't know if this is the reason but it colud be. I have had this happen also.

"Some cervical fluid after ovulation is possible because the corpus luteum, though its main function is to produce progesterone, produces estrogen in small amounts and this may cause you to see some cervical fluid."

It is something to give thought to. I guess I should just know the first time I have slippery cm is the important time. Thanks for finding that. Michelle
