Is there really any success to all this tracking stuff! I am in month three of tracking my ovulation even using one of those ovulation detectors this month. This is the big week (pd or no pd)somehow I am not feeling successful. If I get a neg this week I am thinking about scrapping all the calculating and see what happens. Afterall we were successful twice b-4 just doin it (both miscarried). After testing (my husband & I) low progesterone was the culprit...I feel like I am at a fork in the road...I need a push..HELP!

I understand your frustration. But, charting helps you to know when you are fertile and gives you indications of whether you are pg or not. If you know the time when you O every month (or the approximate time) then you don't "have" to chart...just make sure you bd around that time.

Keep in mind, you can have perfect timing and not get pg for a few months. Even with perfect timing you only have a 20% chance (statistically) every month of getting pg. Some people, even with no fertility problems, don't get pg for 6 months to a year, even with good timing.

It is a frustrating process and that is what we are all here for. It's up to you whether you want to chart or not.

Good luck

Push Push Push! Yes, it works! I was a skeptic too and now am expecting twins! It totally works. Try charting with Fertility Friend, make sure you temp at the same time, I recommend temping vaginally, check your cm and cp, do opks, and you will know when you ovulate! I promise it works! Good luck to you. Here's my chart.
