This is the first month of my husband and I ttc our fourth child. This is the first time we've ever used an ovulation predictor kit (the previous times I just went by cm). The first day of my last period was september 30th. On October 14th i got a positive with my opk. my cycle is 26 days. With all my other children I tested on day 27( period 1 day late) and got positives. This time I tested 5 days early with a first response 5 days early pregnancy test. It was negative which really dissapointed my hubby and I. After I took the test I got to thinking since I didn't get a positive with the opk until


It could DEFINITELY still be too early to get a BFP with an HPT! Even though First Response says they can give you results five days before your missed period, I have very rarely heard of that actually happening. I didn't get a positive with First Response until about 15 dpo, after I had already gotten a bunch of positives with Equate and Clear Blue! So I would wait a few days and test again (or if you are obsessive like me and have money to burn, take one every morning for the next week! LOL)

PCOS, Insulin Resistance, MTHFR, APS (Hughes Syndrome) and a Mullerian Anomaly (bicornuate uteru
