I found the answer! I went looking online and read that cm is caused by the rise in etrogen and not O so it it possible to have ewcm and not O

I suppose it may be possible to have a rise in estrogen not relating to ovulation, but's it's typically all tied together.

Having a rise in estrogen happens near ovulation, causing ewcm.
