This is our second cycle trying...last cycle was the first time I ever really paid attention to all this "stuff" - temping, OPKs, CM, etc. I wasn't as diligent with the CM, though, and rarely charted it because I just didn't notice a lot of it. When it was there, I wasn't exactly sure what type it was....and - TMI alert - the type that I noticed most was "creamy". I don't know if I've ever seen that EWCM that everyone talks about. Also, I didn't have enough of it on my underwear to really check to see how stretchy it was. I tried (God, this is embarrassing!) to check inside for it, but I just never had enough to stretch out and what I did get whenever I did that just seemed creamy.
Last cycle I thought I had one day of EWCM, but now I'm not sure.
Soooo....
1) I was reading that V8 Splash seems to help. I have some in the fridge but haven't really been drinking it yet because I'm not crazy about it. Does it really help??
2) Has anyone had any experience with Preseed? (or Pre-seed?) Can this help women who don't have a lot of EWCM? Can you only buy it online?
Thanks!

I notice that a lot of my CM is the creamy consistency as well. It is entirely possible that you are not producing the fertile stuff. Remember, though, that EWCM is

Hi,
*Possible TMI*
I use Pre-seed.
I used the V8 Spalsh last cycle and noticed EWCM, and I hadn't had any since going off the pill in October.
