I have a question...

I had my first M/C last cycle. I want to go back to the gym. Because I had a M/C already, does working out at the gym (doing aerobics, I love aerobics) increase my chances of having another M/C if I was to become PG again?

Thanks for your input,

I've always heard that your normal activites are fine for being pg, if you ALREADY are working out/aerobics etc, then your body is used to it and its not a shock etc, its people who "start" new hard physical stuff that shocks their system. Whats her name the super sprinter just had a baby a few months ago and she ran right up till very close to her delivery and was back on the track in like 3 weeks.

OK enough rambling, you really should just ask your doctor if your level of exercize is ok for your body type etc for a pregnancy.

Still check with your doctor, you may be exercizing too hard etc for your body/build/frame etc, not keeping your bodyfat high enough (not my problem LOL) etc, so don't listen to me, check with your doctor.

Plus remember most early miscarrages have to do with something being wrong with the foetus, not you...
