False positive??

Just lurking here and thought you ladies can help. I tested on 8DPO(I know this is early but a got a positive this early with my son) and got a faint but very clear positive. I tested the next morning (thought FMU would give me a darker line) and it came out negative. Tested again this morning at 10DPO and again got a negative. Was my first test just a false positive? Was it just a bad test? They were all the same brand. I would be ok with this not being my month but I just go so excited after that positive that it is now a huge let down.

Wait another week and test again. Or make a doctor appt and ask for a quanitiative blood test.
