HEY! That's what my sister does. She just got a new job and moved from Discovery Cove (or Discovery Bay, I don't remember) in FL to some place near NY. She's working with the sea lions right now with hopes to advance to the dolphins and whales.

OK Maggie...

If you really were queen, what laws would you change? Anything you'd want to make legal that isn't or illegal that isn't now?

Good Morning Queen Maggie!

Hope you have a great day!!

Here are my questions:

1. When you married DH, did you keep your maiden name, hyphenate or take DH's name?

2. What is your favorite holiday?

Have a wonderful time being QUEEN!!! :)

Hi Erin!

What's your favorite novel of all time?

Well, I guess I would have to say my favorite novelS of all time are the Harry Potter series!! I just finished Book 5 and I am so hooked!! I think they are so creative and you can completely immerse yourself into the magical wizard world! For me, they have been a very fun escape - much better than vegging out in front of the tube. Well, ok maybe sometimes that is better! LOL!!

Thanks!

Hi Leslie!!

Where do you live now, and do you like it? If you had to pick another place anywhere in the world to live, where would it be? Without worrying about things like finding a job, speaking the language, etc...

I live in Boca Raton, FL right now. We just moved here back in Oct from IL. I do like it very much actually. IT IS HOT!!! I really feel that I am starting to get used to the humidity now. I was really worried that it would make me crazy! We live on a cul-de-sac, which is awesome. We have terrific families around us with lots of kids who just adore my son. They treat him like he is their little wind up doll :)

If I could live anywhere... I guess I would like to have homes in many different places. I don't really want to leave FL but it would be fun to be able to jump around a bit. Let' see - one in Wisconsin close to all of our family and friends. One in Hawaii - it's SOOOO beautiful and tranquil there. One in Ireland - the people are so very friendly and the land is gorgeous. One in Las Vegas - gotta gamble sometimes, right?

Thanks!!

Hi Kelly!!

OOOOOOOHH!! This is sooo much fun! :)

Do you have any pets and if so what are there names and breed?

I do have pets. We have 2 cats. Shadow and Snickers. Shadow is my baby girl. She is 12 and has been with me since I was in college. I love her dearly. She is all black and a domestic shorthair. She has a wonderful, gentle and sweet disposition.

Then there is Snickers... She is more my husband's (and son's) cat. She is about 10 and my husband got her right after college. She is a blue tortoiseshell. She really is pretty blue too, its funny! She is also a sweet cat - but with more of a Jeckyll and Hyde personality. She can turn her mood in an instant!! She is wonderful with our son Jack, though. He just adores her - so I guess she stays! LOL!

Thanks!!!

Hi Michelle!!

Thank you so much for your sweet words. Congratultaions to you again - I know you will be a terrific mommy!

What is your favorite all time movie?

- My favorite all-time movie, without a doubt, is The Princess Bride. That movie is so romantic in a vry simple way and extremely funny!! I have seen it so many times I can recite the lines!! The soundtrack is also beautiful!!

Where have you not been that you would love to visit someday?

- I have never been to the San Francisco wine country. I would love to go there with my hubby for a LONG, LONG weekend someday. I love wine, I love warmth and I love mountains!! I think the area was made for me! LOL!! My dream of going there is a bit more difficult now living in Southern FL. That is a pretty darn long plane ride!! Oh well, someday!!

Are you a crafty person?

- Well, um...no. I really try to be sometimes, but I'm usually not too successful. I had grand plans of taking up scrapbooking when Jack was born...well he's almost 2 now, and, well, you know... I am starting to get more creative ideas for our house now that I have become addicted to shows like Trading Spaces and While You Were Out. Some of the designs are hideous, but some are so different and great!!

Thanks Michelle!!

Wow Robyn - that's so cool!! I bet she just loves it!! Thanks for sharing that!! Discovery Cove is in the Sea World Complex I think in Orlando. That is a place I would love to go someday. You get to swim with dolphins there!! I think it is really expensive and hard to get into though. We will try and do it someday though!!

Thanks!

Good Afternoon Queen Maggie!!

I just have to laugh! I was reading your answers, and we are SUCH kindred spirits! I LOVE the Harry Potter books, and I, too, just finished reading The Order of the Phoenix. I thought it was GREAT!! Also, my favorite all-time movie is also The Princess Bride. I can quote the movie right along with you.. "Festis (sp??), are there rocks ahead? If there are, we'll all be dead. Stop that rhyming, and I mean it! Anybody want a peanut?" So funny! We also each have one young one at home, and love being a SAHM. Well, I've got my BFP, so yours MUST be just around the corner! We're too much alike for it not to be! :-) GL!!

Okay, on to my question...

Describe your dream vacation. Money is no object, and DS is in very good hands, so it's just you and DH. You can go for as long as you wish, and go wherever you wish. Have fun!
