I hope you have a wonderful day & I look forward to getting to know you!
My question: If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Thanks!

If you had $10,000 to only give to one charity/organization who would it be and why?
Chrissy
I posted to you once, but it went missing so I'm sorry in advance if this turns up a second time.
My question was if you could completely get rid of one disease in the world, which would it be and why?
Happy Queen Day! I hope you enjoy yourself and have a wonderful day!

I would go to Africa. I have always wanted to as I believe that there is so much to see and so much to learn from the land and the people.
I hope I get to go someday!!
Thanks and have a great day T!

This is a tough one. I really love the Colorado Saint Bernard Rescue, but I think that I would give it to the Make A Wish Foundation. This organization takes the proceeds and grants terminally ill children and young adults wishes. The wishes can be to go somewhere or meet someone or do something. I think it is a wonderful charity.
Thanks for asking!!

Thank you!! I am having a great morning! I hope you have a wonderful day too!! :)

I would get rid of cancer. There are so many types of cancer and it affects and kills so many people worldwide each year, and I would love to see a cure for it. I think that if the world's scientists could find the basic cure, then they could alter it to treat all the different kinds of cancer.
Thanks so much for asking Leslie!

I love this question! I love this story so much! DH and I met when I took a temporary job at a phone company. I was seated right next to him. (Note: My DH is ADHD!)
He bugged me and bugged me to go out with him, but I kept turning him down. Finally, he wooed me with a pair of Avs tickets (my favortite team) and we went to the game. His wild antics kept me laughing the entire time. It is his wacky sense of humor that I fell in love with.
Anyway, we had been together for about a year and a half and for New Year's 1999, a large group of friends rented a bunch of condos in the mountains to celebrate the millenium. The afternoon of December 31st we went for a sunset snowmobile ride. While we were halfway up the mountain, our guide's snowmobile broke down. The guide had to take my snowmobile and I had to ride with DH and became very cold. By the time we reached the top of the mountain, it was starting to snow and the sun was going down. It was absolutely gorgeous. I was frozen and feeling a little cranky, but luckily I was caught up in the romance of the last sunset of the 1900's. DH wandered away from the guide group, and I followed him. He was saying something about taking a picture of the sunset, but because I still had my helmet on, I couldn't understand what he was saying. (And there was no way I was taking my helmet off, I was frozen). So, he repeated himself and said "Would you like to take a picture as my girlfriend, or as my future wife?" At that point I realized that he was bumping me in the chest with something. I looked down and saw the ring and started crying. We struggled to get my helmet off and while I was crying he put the ring on my finger. He said "You didn't say yes!" I said, "You didn't ask!" So he asked and we both laughed and kissed and the entire guide group cheered. (I didn't even notice that they were now surrounding us as they'd been in on it.)
Needless to say, the ride home was MUCH warmer.
It was one of the best nights of my life and the best New Year's Eve I've ever had.
:) (Now I am really happy this morning!!! I need to go call DH and tell him I love him!)
Thanks so much for asking!!
