Feel like an idiot....

Ok so I have been worrying about my temps being on the low side and it being a predictor of my not having a chance this month. Well I have been taking Tylenol for the headaches I have been having and I've been getting some toothaches that just randomly started, I get them occasionally my teeth just get randomly sensitive and it lasts for a week or two.then goes away for months. Well I just took some Tylenol and thought hey could the Tylenol I take before bed be messing with my temps well I looked it up and it will cause lower temps even if you have no fever so I'm hoping that my temps are on the low side because of the Tylenol. The higher temps are days when I don't believe I took any. I'll have to start keeping record of nights I take it. I feel like such an idiot. I didn't even think about it because it's one of the "safe" things to take and it really helps the pain. I just wish I had put 2 and 2 together before I got all concerned. Does this mean that my temps are completely unreliable ?

I don't know about temps being unreliable, but I would have to say it would definantly show in your chart.
