Good morning ladies! After reading all of the posts yesterday and reading some more from today, I am feeling like there is a lot of tension on this board now and that really is disappointing to me. I've been on this board since September and have always felt like we were a little "family", and now I am just seeing a lot of negativity. I understand that the change to the board is difficult, I am not liking it much myself right now but am willing to give it a try. I feel that some of the comments made this morning between people have been quite negative and it's been quite suprising to read. I have really loved this board and all of you ladies and I don't like to see this tension. It makes me not want to be here. There is already so many stressful things going on right now (i.e, TTC, the war, loved ones overseas), let's not let a new board make us turn on each other. OK?

I agree wholeheartedly with Kim. I haven't been around for very long, but the support I get and the friendships that I have seen formed here are much more important than any board format problem or any individual who is having a bad day. As soon as we get used to the board, hopefully we won't even remember these first few days of trouble.

Good morning Kim...I agree with you. There are other things that we all need to be concentrating on right now. Change is always stressful, but as long as we work together, we can deal with this. Good Luck to all!
