Fertility Friend: Basic vs VIP?

So my free month of VIP service at FF is almost up, and I was just wondering... how many of you pay for the VIP and how many of you just use the basic? Is it worth the extra money for the VIP? I've been thinking about it. I know you get a better deal if you buy several months at a time, and you can put it on hold if you need to or if you get pg you can start using their pg tracker. Just wondering what other people's experiences have been?

I used the free version for almost a year in "preventing" pregnancy and planning traveling (always knew when my period was coming) and I just bought a subscription about a month ago (if you check their facebook page, ever so often they have a promotion and I got a year's worth for only $24.95--they had done it before, and I was holding out for them to do it again, because I think that price is even still a little pricey).......

As far FREE versus VIP, I'd say as far as "necessity", the free one is just fine. However, if you are really obsessive over pregnancy symptoms, signs, looking at other people chart's and HPTs, etc, then paying the money is worth it, but as far as just basic and simple charting when you ovulate, the free version is fine. I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't on special that day, but I like it now that I am TTC.

Wow thanks Rebekah! I didn't know they had a FB page, and I just checked and they're running that exact deal right now!

Oh really? Cool! I'm so glad I mentioned it then, glad you could get in on the deal!! The funny thing is, I didn't want all my facebook friends to know I was TTC (I want it to be a total surprise when we do end up pregnant), so I had to "Like" fertility friend like really late one night and then "unlike" it after I got the deal so

Funny, I'm the same way! I don't want anyone (except a few friends on my play group boards) to know we're trying, and I don't plan on making any announcements for at least a few weeks after I do get pregnant. So I made sure to "like" it and then and then delete the post so *crossing fingers* that no one noticed it. No one said anything yet....

LOL!! That is funny! I thought about creating a fake facebook account to "like" it, but then I thought that was going a bit to the crazy-extreme side (and I was too lazy to do so. haha), so I was just hoping nobody noticed on my own facebook. haha.
