I am fairly sure that I was experiencing implantation twinges yesterday all during the day (7dpo).

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Moving forward, one baby asprin a day is all that is recommended to aid implanation, so if you need to take something take Tylenol. It's safe for ttc and for if you are pregnant. But don't OD on it. Follow the directions on the package to the T. As far as a fever goes, it happens. It also could have been just a night sweat. I get those some times. I wake up completely soaked, burning hot, and really thirsty just like you did. It happens sometimes when hormones are out of whack. Try not to worry. :) Good Luck!

Here's some information on why baby aspirin is used to aid pg, it's more to prevent m/c due to a clotting disorder:

I'm not sure what taking the aspirin would do and what the fever would signify.
