FF and OPK question

Good morning ladies!!!

I took an OPK test yesterday evening. The line of the test line was somewhat the same color as the control line but not as wide. Is that considered positive or negative? I put it negative, is that O.K?

The other question is so ridiculous but confusing to me.

DH and I BD 3 days ago but in the middle of the night. He woke me up at around 11:45pm (CD14) to BD. When the BDing ended it was 12:05am (CD15). On my FF chart do I put BDing on the day of the late night of CD14 or the day of the real early morning CD15? Somehow I put it on the early morning day of CD15 since he ejaculated around that time (12:00). Does this sound right to you girls?

Third and last question. According to FF I O'ed on CD16. and my temp seems to be starting to rise (post O I assume), so why am I having a little EWCM today at 3DPO? And can you relate that to my first question if you consider the OPK positive.

Thank you very much from a girl taht does not know much about TTC

I think you did right about the BDing. I don't know about the OPK. I don't use OPK yet

Your OPK might have been a positive, but it depends on the brand. ClearBlue Easy OPKs register a positive when the result line is AS DARK AS or DARKER THAN the control line. Some other brands only register a positive when the result line is darker than the control line. Do you still have the instructions that came with your OPK? That would be where to look to see how to interpret your test result. It's also possible that you caught the surge on the way down, since it looks like FF has already given you an O date.

On your CM question, I have continued to have EWCM for 3 days after my O date in both of the past two cycles. While TCOYF tells us we'll have an immediate dryup, I think it's really different for everyone. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but would probably keep up the BDing on those EW days just in case (which it looks like you've been doing).

Good luck to you!
