Follicle size help, is 30mm to big

I'm currently taking Femara aka letrozole.. I did not ovulate last month and had cyst, so I went back today, cd13 to check for cysts and follicles.. she could tell by my last scan what they cyst were and they are gone, I had 3 follicles on one side which were all around 30 mm and 2 on the other side which were like 29 and 30 mm...

from what i understand, that pretty much is already the maximum for maturity - are you going to trigger ovulation? if so, your doctor should have triggered you by the time the size hit mid-20mm range?
you should really be asking your doctor this question - the are the one that described this protocol for you and they will know the best time to trigger.
here is a bit more info (the med you are on is neither clomid nor gonadotropin, but it gives you an idea :
Women normally have thousands of immature follicles in their ovaries. On CD 3 your follicles really have not started to develop yet and are expected to be immature. So you would expect many immature follicles to be around 10 mm more or less. As you get closer to ovulation some of them start growing and get well over 10 mm. In a natural or Clomiphene Citrate cycle, mature follicle size is between 18 - 30 mm. If triggered with medication, these cycles are typically triggered when follicle size is between 17-26mm (dependent of the practice and IVF lab).In a gonadotropin cycle, mature follicle size is between 16 - 20 mm. These cycles are typically triggered when follicle size is between 16 - 20 mm.
Thanks so much, I guess it's possible to still get
