Freaking out a little...please help

Good morning ladies. I'm currently cd20 dpo7 (average 27 day cycle). My chart, I think, looks pretty good so far, but last night I felt a couple brief stabbing pains right in the middle of the lower part of my abdomon. I normally wouldn't think anything about it, but that's what I felt right before I m/c last month. I felt the pain, then, the next morning, woke up to blood. Last night I felt the pain a couple of times. It's real brief and feels like someone is stabbing me (but not unbearibly painful). It's located really low (I had a c-section with ds and it's right where the scar is - that low). Now I realize I'm only 7dpo and chances are, that if I am pregnant, I would have just implanted, but still, it was exactly the same thing I felt before my m/c (8/29). Wouldn't it be too early to feel anything? Am I just freaking out? I've been pretty calm with this try because there is a possibilty we didn't catch the egg in time so I've been trying to be very realistic. I don't think I'm reading into things. But, last night, when I felt that, I started freaking out. Anyone have any encouraging words? Do I just have m/c on my mind since I just went though one last month?

I really don't know about m/c but I think its too early for that. Your chart definitely shows ovulation, and at 7DPO, you could be feeling some cramping related to implantation or just natural cramping. I really don't know. If you are really concerns or the pain is bad, I would call the doc to be sure. They may check you out and make sure there isn't something else going on. Good Luck!

Even if you are feeling things from a pregnancy this early on no bleeding is a good sign. Take it in stride if it continues I would definately see your OBG.
Could you possibly have an ovarian cyst? They would cause that type of pain. I too have a c-sect incision from a Myomectomy it took years before I stopped feeling weird things at the incision area. Between adhesions & scar tissue build up over time - it must have been 5 years before I felt nothing in that area.
Hang in there.....
