Happy Friday once again ladies!!! Our board has been blessed with a load of BFP's this past couple of weeks- isn't it GRAND! I'm sure we are swamping the June EC boards with all our grads!LOL! Keep it up, we want more!!!

Sign in today for our roll call~ give name, stats and tell us what your "pet" name was as a child. Did your family have a term of endearment for you? My Dad always called me "Pumpkin" and it still makes me smile and feel all warm and fuzzy inside ;o)

Have a fantastic weekend all!

Hi to All!

Wow, now that you ask, I can't remember what Mom called me... hmm, I'll have to think on that one. Dad called me and my little sister bangles (I'm sure I spelled it wrong. It has a nearly silent "g", I think it means something in German) My family had 3 kids within 3.5 years, then waited 5.5 years, and had me and 18 mos later my sister.

OMG! What a fun question! I have all kinds of pet names. My dad has always called me Tootsie (or Toots) since I was born so of course when the movie Tootsie came out, I thought it was named after me! LOL, I was only what....2 maybe?! Anyway, my mom would call me puddin'. One of my cousins (who is quite a bit older than me) calls me Sheree-pooh. And still does I might add, even at age 22! His daughter who is the same age as me started calling me REE REE. All of the younger ones in our family would say "Ree" when trying to say my name so she started calling me that when we were freshmen in HS. She started it as a joke kind of but it stuck and now my younger cousins call me Ree Ree (hence my username). One of my cousins daughters who is 3 calls me Aunt Ree Ree. She is so sweet. My dad still calls me Tootsie too. He calls me Tootsie and my DD Tootie. DH mostly calles me babe but we also have Snugglebunny and Thumperette (Thumperette is a long and way TMI story! LOL)! I guess that is about all of them. At least I was never called what DH's grandfather called him....little shizza (slang for little sh!t). He said it in a loving way though! I call DD Sweet Pea since that is her birth flower (April) and DH calls her Tootie like my dad. Sorry this became a saga! Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

TGIF everyone--

This is my weekend to BD so it is a super TGIF for me!! My mom and dad called me peanut as a little one--and then they ended up making funny nicknames for me and my sister and brother: Heather ba-dether, Leesh-ba-deesh, and Brian-ba-dian. Don't ask me where that came from, I have crazy parents. Love them to death. My DH calls me nootchie (long story).

I can't wait to make nicknames up for a little babe of my own!

This is funny reading everyone's pet names! Great idea!

My Dad always called my sisters and I Bozos, (yep, after the clown!) when we did anything silly. I had a Great-Grandmother who had nicknames for everyone and mine was Troubles.... not sure why?!?! LOL! My DH calls me Tibbles. Neither of us remember when or where that started but it's stuck!

TGIF!!!

TGIF ladies! I'm so glad this long work week is almost over.

Let's see, everyone in my family calls me Cass, Mom calls me Boo or Pumpkin (I was due on Halloween, showed up a day early), DH calls me sweetpea, friends have called me everything from Babe to Munchkin to Rat (long story), each one lasted for a few years before they came up with a new one. In elementary school the kids called me Cassie-Lassie, which I hated, especially since my mother started it!
