This was my first cycle to try for #3. I knew it was a longshot given my age, that it took us 3 years, 3 clomid cycles, 5 femara/iui cycles, 3 ivf cycles and a FET to get pg with #1 and a full year of trying with #2. Unfortunately, I didn't count on this cycle going the way it did.

I got hit with a sinus infection on cd 6 and started a 10 day course of antibiotics. We managed to BD on cd 8, but then I got a yeast infection from the antibiotics and I'm only now better. Unfortunately I o'd on cd 13, so I'm pretty much out for this cycle.

I just wish it could come easier for me. We've decided we aren't doing ivf again and we gave ourselves a 2 year limit due to age. So, now I really hear the clock ticking.

I'm sorry to hear of your struggles. TTC our first was definitely a challenge and although we didn't have to do IVF, we were ready to cycle when we received our miracle BFP. So just remember, that when you think things won't happen or you feel like you're alone, everything happens for a reason and we are all here to listen.

I hope the next cycle will go better! Best of Luck!
