Just wondering what you ladies do to keep your mind postive after getting BFN?

Its hard to keep your mind off of getting pregnant when all you see is prego ladies and babies.

I know, it's so hard! One thing that I've started doing is planning some activities for right around the time I'll either get my AF or (someday) a BFP, that I wouldn't be able to do if I found out I were pregnant. Like a snowboarding trip, a boozey girls weekend, etc. That way, when I get a BFN I at least have that to look forward to. And if/when I finally get a BFP, I won't mind one bit having to cancel my plans :)

Hey there, I to got a BFN just the other day and have been EXTREMELY bummed. I'm just so depressed and actually lost it today. I've been moping around the house and feeling so lost to tell you girls the truth. I feel so empty inside.

As of now, I can't think of anything to get my mind off it. TTC process is so hard and it can be a long jorney. To me I feel God gives woment these miracles. I don't ever believe he makes mistakes. I wonder 24/7 what it could be that God has not sent me my miracle yet? I question it often.

Hey Waiting84, I feel the same way about God gives us miricles and knows the plan but its hard to think that when you want something so bad.

I wish you the best and I hope that you get your BFP soon and dont give up hope!

I wish I knew! Even when I try to distract myself, I can't seem to distract my thoughts!! I just had a miscarriage and I think I cried more at the thought of going through the ttc process again!

I was sort of shocked as I thought for sure mine would work with clomid and only needing baby asp and lovenox/heparin. This month I stopped the clomid and am trying naturally. Still thinking it probably won't work and I will need another IVF.
