I have actually heard it can be helpful when TTC - something about CM. I don't know about during pregnancy, though.

Actually it is recommended that women avoid green tea while ttc and while pregnancy because it inhibits the absorption of Folic Acid and that can lead to birth defects.

ya, what chele said, LOL. avoid it before and during pregnancy, at least the first trimester, or risk of NTDs are greater.

same goes for black tea, and most antioxidents i think. But green tea is the worst.

Does anyone know about white tea? I've heard you should avoid green tea but I can't find anything about white tea.

That's scary .. I, too, had heard green tea was a good thing while TTC to increase EWCM. Guess I'm cutting out all green tea (not that I had it too much anyway).

I read that you can drink green tea as it helps with CM, but one O occurs you should stop.
