Has anyone tried robitussin to concieve?

I have been Ttc for three cycles now with no luck. My doctor suggested I take robitussin because my cm is very thick otherwise I'm healthy. I've been taking it for three days now and oh what a difference it makes! My boyfriend even noticed. Has anyone had success trying this?

hello!! i guess that makes sense...i know i was sick for the whole month of febuary when i was trying to concieve my last child-and they told me that over the counter cold remedies make you less fertile. but thats cuz most of them dry you up...maybe we'll try that if we get no results soon. we have tried for 4 cycles and still nothing. i noticed that when i ovulate i get -sorry tmi-goopy down there. maybe my cm is thick too...
