Well I haven't dealt with it yet, m hysteroscopic surgery is in 17 days, mine is combined with a laprascopy to diagnosis a bicornuate uterus vs a septate uterus and if it is septate resect the septum. I'm being told that it will increase my chances of sustaining a pg when combined with the treatments for my other issues. I'll be posting about it and there is another post as well from a woman who just had a laparotomy to remove a fibroid I believe. Sorry I can't be of more help yet but like I said I will be posting about

PCOS, Insulin Resistance, MTHFR, APS (Hughes Syndrome) and a Mullerian Anomaly  (bicornuate uteru

Hey there!

I had 5 polyps removed after a hysterscopy about 2 years ago. They did a DNC to remove the polyps and it was really easy surgery and recovery.

I'm 18.5 weeks pregnant now and it took us just 3 months to get pregnant. I was told that if the polyps are removed I should have no trouble getting pregnant. In fact, one of my doctors said they really don't effect getting pregnant when they are in the uterus because they are very small.

They will probably send them off to biopsy after they remove them, so don't worry about that part. I think the chances of them coming back cancerous are pretty slim.

Good luck!!
