Ohhh OK. I did not know that. Maybe I will give it a try then. My cycles typically last between 28-30 days.

hello!! so my best advice is-about 11-15 days after af-make sure you bd. i go on babycenter and they can tell you your fertile days-then i watch my body. about 2 days before the egg is released, i get a lil (tmi) wetter down below and then the day im actually ovulating-im really bad. you can temp(body temp runs higher when youre ovulating). you can buy the test kits but i dont know if they work cuz ive never used them. with my 2nd child, i was on the pill. i stopped taking it in october and didnt get pregnant until the end of may. it was actually a blessing though cuz we moved the end of april that year and i was able to actually move and pick up things and not worry about overdoing it. also-i was sick the whole month of febuary-i was taking o-t-c cold stuff. someone told me that could mess with your fertility too. the vitamins-i would think that they couldnt hurt. i dont know about them helping you to concieve but like i said they cant hurt. and they would keep you healthy. good luck-hopefully we'll see some bfp's soon!!!

Sorry you're feeling frustrated. Sometimes it can take a few months for our bodies to adjust post-bcp. Have you considered using opk's (ovulation predictor kits) or charting your cycle to monitor your fertility signs like cm?

Taking prenatals is a great start, but they don't really help you get pg, just help early development. I took the Trader Joe's prenatal plus an Omega 3 with dd. Now I take a brand called "perfect prenatals". They're more expensive, but they're a whole food vitamin as opposed to a synthetic vitamin.

Check out this link for more info on prenatals. Check out the rest of the site too -there's lots of ttc info that might help :)

There are some studies that say extra vitamins (like iron) can help TTC. The research is iffy, though. Prenatal vitamins are a great idea regardless. If you wait until you find out you are pregnant, you
