Help-I was exposed to chicken pox

I spent the day with my niece the weekend before she found out she got chicken pox. I've already had them, but can I be a carrier? My DH and I have this whole weekend getaway planned this weekend for major BD. I'm so worried. Am I or my baby at risk if we TTC now?

If you have already had them you should be fine! when I first TTC my OB just asked if I'd had them already, and I said yes and that was the last we ever heard of it.
