Hello everyone - I'm new to the board and I'm really rdy to have a baby. I've been trying the Ovulation calendar for about 5 months now and that's not working for me. I'm thinking about purchasing the ClearPlan Easy Ovulation Test just to see if I'm even ovulating. My cycle is every 30 days and is usually consistent give or take a day or two. I really need some advice from those who have tried this test and if it's even worth my money. My fiance already has a child out of his first marriage and is excited to have another, but I'm getting depressed feeling I might disappoint him if it doesn't happen soon. Your input is very much appreciated in these trying times.

Welcome, you've come to the right place! ((((((HUGS))))))) TTC can be so frustrating..yep, we all know it-lol!! , but I don't think those calendars sound very good. Have you tried Basal Body Temperature charting yet? I think that would be the first step before rushing in to buy a fertility monitor. BBT charting (you can buy a bbt thermometer in the drug store near the hpt's for about $10, also and/or are free charting websites) as well as charting your cervical position and cervical mucous are great ways of visibly seeing your cycle patterns and when o is occurring. I hope your stay here is very short & sweet. GL!!!!!!!! And please don't hesitate to ask questions or for a shoulder to cry or vent on - that's what we're here for!

Here are some great cp & cm websites if you're interested:,10335,238707_111181,00.html
