hi all
im back on the board after a small break from TTC...i lost an ovary to endometriosis 4 years ago and just found out that there is a small endometrioma on my remaining ovary. consulted with a doctor friend because the care at my current doc office is going downhill fast (not returning phone calls, not filling pain prescriptions) and he suggested i look into a RE in a university setting. i live in central new jersey and if anyone has information on any philly, nyc or nj hospitals i would love to hear it.
thanks :)

Hey there! I'm from 10 minutes outside of philly. I'm assuming your asking for any good RE's?? And for that I can't help you exactly. But I have gone to many many many different doctors in HUP (University of Pennsylvania). And everyone I've ever come across has been an amazing doctor. And I have had many friends have their obgyn appointments there with one doctor in particular that is awesome. I don't know her name off the top of my head, but I could ask if you're interested. Hope you get some more help too from other northeast ladies out there!

thanks so much joy and jessica!
those are the two hospitals i was looking at tonight! now it will be even harder to choose between them :)
and yes, i was talking about REs. sorry i wasnt more specific!
i have also heard awesome things about dr. check.it would be great to go there because i would staying in-state, though im not sure how much that matters to my insurance co. i guess the most important thing to me is that i am thoroughly tested. my RE now has been my specialist for 4 years, (since right after my first surgery) way before i could try to get preg and he has NEVER run any infertility testing on me. i think i need a pair of fresh eyes.
thanks again and i will let you know what i end up doing. i wonder if i could go to both??
