How do I record this temp?

Hi everyone,

I took my temperature 3 hours late this morning. How do I adjust it accordingly? I do not remember how much to add or subtract. I am at 2DPO so I have to figure it out or I might not get my coverline. My temp was 97.5 this morning at 8am and I usually take it at 5am. Any suggetions?

Thanks!

~Laura

I know there is something in FF's handbook about adjusting temps, that they don't recommend it. I've heard other places that you can subtract a .10 for every half hour late you take your temp or add .10 for every half hour early you take it. Hope this helps.

I agree with Heather; your adjustment will most likely be .1 degree for every half hour. TCOYF says it will be .2 degrees for every half hour, but I've found that's WAY off. I usually just disregard my temps taken at different times; I've found that less confusing than adjusting.

Good luck to you!

Thanks for the replies. I will try adjusting it .1 per hour and see how that works out. If it messes with my coverline, I will disregard it.

Thanks again!
