Well, I know you said you were 5 days late for your period and that you finally got it. I don't know a lot about miscarriages, but one thing I think you could do as we were saying earlier is take a home pregnancy test. If it is positive, you might want to see a doctor and then he/she could examine you and maybe do an ultrasound to see if you are pregnant or if something happened...Some women do bleed during pregnancy. I think you said the bleeding was red and heavy, which if you were pregnant you would want to see a doctor about it. I think if you had recently miscarried a home pregnancy test would still be positive this soon after because the hormone HCG hasn't left your system yet. So if haven't done that yet, give it a shot. If you go to a Dollar Tree or a Dollar General you can buy one for just a dollar, so it wouldn't cost you a lot to find out.
