How do you take your temp...........(m)

when you have kids waking you up all night long? I know that you're supposed to take your temperature the same time each morning and after a certain amount of UNINTERRUPTED sleep (which I NEVER get). How do you get around this? There are nights when I'm up 4-5 times with kids waking up for water, potty, sick, crying etc.....

Are there any Moms out there that have any tips/advise?

TIA,

Heather

GA Heather! It's a wonder we get any sleep at all, eh? lol!! Yes, I know and feel your temping pain- lol- but I just do the best I can and keep taking it at the same time, even if it means setting an alarm clock after ds has gotten me out of bed just a 1/2 hour earlier. You're chart will look spikey, but at least your temps are "consistently" off- so-to-speak. If your dh isn't gone four nights a week, like mine is, see how he'd feel about taking turns and then on the nights he's on call- wear earplugs (that's what I do- lol!!) so then you'll at least get a couple of temps a week that are real and you can then perhaps try to adjust your broken sleep nights accordingly. I've temped forever now and even with the sleepless nights I've still temped patterns that indicate o is coming, but for good measure I always chart cp and cm too, just in case my temps are too up and down from lack of sleep. GL!!!!!!!! Huge ++++++++++ PV's coming your way. HTH LOLove, Connie ((((((hugs))))))))
