How much do you generally drink?

Ok, big question because I am feeling like a horrible person this morning. Typically, I don't drink... I mean, occasionally I'll have a beer, or a martini, but rarely. On average, I'd say maybe once/month. Well, I'm in the 2ww and got a BFN yesterday morning. I don't test often, felt like this was 'the month' and caved, and BFN.

Long story short, we went out with some friends for dinner last night, and my emotions got the best of me, and I had three beers, and two very small fruit-juice based martinis. Am i a horrible person or what? I can't help but think i've done something awful, and un-repairable.... I know there's a strong possibility to get a BFP after a BFN, but I guess my mind just got the best of me yesterday..... how bad was I?? Anyone else made the same mistake once?

By no means are you a horrible person or anything of the sorts.

You aren't a horrible person. If I am out, I drink in the TWW and don't consider it a mistake. I am not going to put my life on hold for a maybe pregnancy. I don't binge drink but I do enjoy wine or an occasional mixed drink. Even if you are pregnant, the embryo is very well protected up until about a day or two before you get a BFP.
