The last time I was pregnant I got my BFP at 10 dpo...it depends on when you implant. And about gettin a late bfp correlating with miscarraige..I don't think thats the case because my pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 7/8 weeks.
Devon TTC #1 after 2 miscarriages and 1 chemical pregnancy
I think that the test you are using should make a big difference as well. You probably are already aware of the different 'sensitivity levels' of the HPT's...some are as sensitive as 20, while most store bought tests I think are between 50 and 100. HCG bloodwork tests done by your Dr find any trace at all, with 0-2 being BFN and 3+ being a BFP.
Hope that helps...good luck! ~Amy TTC#5 (4 DD's so far) CD 19
