So...last cycle was my first cycle after going off the nuva ring. I MIGHT have ovulated, but I never had any cervical mucous to speak of. Forget EWCM, it was never more than a small amount of creamy discharge once or twice, that was really more my imagination than anything.. I have been taking Vitex and B6 since the middle of last cycle, and yesterday (day 7) I picked up some Evening Primrose Oil, 1500mg capsules. I started them yesterday and today , around midday, I had creamy discharge that was slippery and wet and what I remember it being like before the birth control!!!!!! I have never been so excited! I cant wait to see how stretchy and slippery it gets closer to Ovulation!

Oh my!!! I had to double check to make sure I didn't post this myself a few weeks ago! I stopped Nuvaring in Oct. and started taking vitex and b6 about 4 weeks later. Got my first AF two weeks after that. This cycle start dec 11, and I started getting creamy CM by CD6, followed by (what I think was) fertile CM by CD10. It lasted 3 days before going back to creamy and staying that way. I'm waiting to test until thursday, but as far as I know, I O'd sooo much earlier than I would have ever expected. Anyway, I've got my fingers crossed that vitex and b6 is the answer for both of us!!! i feel that much more encouraged that it hasn't been all in my head!

hmmm...vitex and b6? I must give that a try. I never notice any difference through out the month either. I am TTC #2....testing CD16 right now using OPK's and still no positive result :(....I am wondering if I may have missed this month or maybe have a longer than usual cycle...I tested since day CD11 and my cycle has been very regular for the past 4 months. thanks for the tip :) and best of luck!!
