Since I have no CLUE as to where I am (m

I went to the infertility doctor on Wednesday with DH. The doc agrees that most likely I am not Oing. He took some blood to make sure there aren't any other hormone problems, and after I next get AF he wants to do some kind of internal xray (it has a really looooong name that starts with a H) to rule out any physical problems, and he wants to check DH's ummm.....swimmers....heehee...just to make sure that that won't catch us by surprise later on. But he really thinks it's me. So, after we get all this other work back, he'll talk with us about what to do next. The thing that kind of bugged me is that he wants to wait until the next time I see him (in three weeks) before bringing on AF. I guess he is hoping that she'll show herself before than, but he wants to wait. The thing is that he can't do the xray until between days 5-15 (before I would O) of my next cycle. Has anyone had this xray thing done before? (he injects dye into me, and then does this internal xray; I didn't want to get into too much detail about how it happens, but he gave me the general idea!)
