I think 'o' was on cd19, but they say I have not 'o' yet. I am confused. TIA for any help or advice.

I guess I should introduce myself as well...I am TTC#1. I am not really actively trying yet, because I want to lose some weight first. I guess it is more prepareing for TTC. This is my first full cycle off BCP after 10 years. May be that is why my chart is so confusing.

Cheryl,

First welcome, I looked at your chart and I think you may have O'd on cd19 like you think. For FF to confirm you have O'd your temps have to be .1 highter than the previous 6 temps. So it should confirm you O'd on another day or two. That is just how the software works. It doesn't mean you didn't O it just means there haven't been enough high temps in a row to confirm that you have. Good Luck!

Hi Cheryl,

I am just begining to chart too. When do you start your cycle when you plug in into to the chart. Meaning, does AF start on the day you notice a spot when you wipe, or does AF start when it actually flowing out?

thanks

Spotting counts as the previous cycle. The first day that you notice red flow, you begin a new cycle.

Hope that helps!

Don't start a new cycle if ypu are just spotting. Start it on the day AF really starts. Now that can be confusing if you are one of the lucky ones who has light AF visits, but I am sure you could tell the diffrence. Good luck!
