Idea for Categoring our Groups. . . (m)

Maybe we should ask the creators to put a main heading of Groups for us. Then we can list all the sub-group (Stocking Stuffers, Secret Garden, etc.) under that. It may help us find things a little better.

Ok.. Here's my ideas so far.. See what ya'll think.. k?

For folder names...

Hosting af

O week.. or.. whatever name everyone can agree on..

2ww

1ww

Under those.. we could do the group names.. OR... Just have

a folder named Cycle Buddy Groups (or, again.. whatever name everyone can agree on).

ALSO:

Daily Fun Polls

Questions and Answers>>> This one with subtitles of Charter's Paradise...

OPK Questions... Test Results Questions... etc.... (everyone can name these..)

Announcements/Secret Garden

Ok... I'm going to open a Catagory name Poll.... probably under General Discussions....

Everyone can put in their votes for the titles/names there...

Does that sound fair??

(as fair as we can be, that is.. )

I will explain a coule of thing there as well.. (about the boards)

Actually, that's what I was thinking. Maybe we should start a thread that has Main Heading Ideas. This way we can all brain storm as to what main headings will really help us to organize our many diff. topics to make it more feasible for us here at the TTC board. We can compile the list and let you submit it. That way we'll have it all.

e.g. Feature Member, Groups or sign-in (then we can add the sub groups with AFNW dates), We have a General Questions, but what about Ques. Pertaining to O, Charting Ques., and we could add a Post your Charts heading, etc.

Just some ideas. I think once we can get it all organized things will go more smoothly.

Jen, did you ever get a reply on them changing the boartds? If they could keep some the same or take a vote or something not to change ours? I reeeeaaaalllly hate this set up, It's completely unorganized. It takes way to much time not only to find anything, but also to load, I think I have like 4 browser windows open just to look at the board in the outline view and then to look at a message and the regular board, it's completely confusing, it's diffinately pushing our community further apart, we don't need a question and answer board, which they have made this board into, we need a community.

HI Jen, well I am clueless. Perhaps the idea of just having: Hosting AF, Pre-O, O-Fairy here, 2ww, and 1ww would be easier. Just let me know what you decide. If it does stay with the group names which are kind of fun,just let me know where to post'em. Thanks, Nat

SOMETHING has to be done..this board sucks..and there is no real organization. I have seen other boards that have there headings change. defintely needs to be done. I guess we won't be doing Featured Member. There is just so much time wasted looking and searching and having to click thru each topic..i know about the outline view but it doesn't always , as of yet, work and takes so long to open.

Actually.. the creators put the folder titled Roll Calls on here... to be used for

this purpose.. HOWEVER, it is at the bottom of the board....

The creators also have to create the names of the folders on the board.. SO.. We need to

get a board vote on all the titles we want.. that way, I, as CL (the only one they want

to submit these requests) can let them know.

I was thinking we could also just set up folders/categories for different times of the cycle instead of AFNW. For example we would have:

Hosting AF

Waiting for O Fairy

BD Fest

2WW

Then we would move from group to group, but the groups would stay the same.
