I'm BACK!! Give me your updates!

I feel so totally out of it from being away for a WHOLE week!LOL! I had a great relaxing vacation and was able to put things into perspective. I "o"d over the holiday without any bd-fest so I am officially "ON HOLD" until further notice. I will be posting sporadic updates in the Ladies on hold from TTC folder until I'm back in action. For those unaware of my testing, my hsg showed a deformed uterus which makes implantation near impossible and if it does occur, will more than likely result in m/c. TTC 2 1/2 years and 2 m/c's the Dr is sure this has been my problem. I will be undergoing minor surgery to correct it. I'm not sure when the surgery will take place- I have a follow-up visit with Dr for all my final test results on the 9th of Sept so I'll find out more then. Over the holiday I was able to come to grips with the situation and be thankful that now I at least know what the problem is and there is a solution. Look out after that surgery! BFP here I come!

My vacation was a wonderful week in the wilderness of northern Ontario- ahhh! Talk about relaxing! Hiking and swimming and cutting down trees on our future house site. The dogs had the time of their lives! Chasing chipmunks and grasshoppers and swimming in the lake and our beaver pond!LOL! Makes my heart light to see them enjoying life so thoroughly! DH and I needed the time away from TTC with visions of our future life and dreams- it was great.

Sorry to be MIA over this past while- I really needed the break and I hope you all understand. I'm back and eager to find out what I missed. Please post your updates here for me!

Tara-

I so excited for you. I know that everything is going to work out for you in the long run. I'll still keep you in my prayers.

It's wonderful building a new home and clearing everything. Your thoughts just keep flowing on what you can do. I know because I'm there. My parents are building a timber frame home up in between Austin and San Antonio, Canyon Lake. Very beautiful looking out on the lake when the sun sets on the lake and just to peaceful. Well we go almost every weekend. Not this weekend Ben had to work.

Well this thursday is my birthday. But I have to spend it all by myself. Just me, Micah and the dogs.

Well I do have a question for you. FF gave me an o date of cd17 and now they moved it to cd19. What do you think about it? If so can you tell me about how many dpo I am. I have never had that happen before it just does not look right. What do you think?

Hey Tara -- I'm glad you're back (we missed you!!) and that you had such a great vacation. I'm happy you were able to sort things out and really clear your mind. Your attitude is so great, I don't doubt you WILL get that BFP as soon as you can start trying again!

I have no updates to speak of. I'm on CD24 with AF expected as early as CD26 or as late as CD28. Who knows!? I've had some of the same symptoms as last month (high temps, cramping, nausea), but I'm hesitant to get excited. Don't want to take that roller coaster ride again! I'm going to wait until I'm officially late to test (so CD29 at the earliest, which is Sunday). I may wait longer than that. We'll see...

Anyway, glad to have you back!!

Welcome back Tara! The board just isn't the same without you. I'm glad to hear you had a relaxing vacation. I hope you have surgery soon so you can get back on the TTC craziness :)

Not much of an update so far. 4dpo...that is about it.

Take care,

Chrissy

Welcome back, Tara! You sound so refreshed and positive; it is great to hear. It sounds like you had a wonderful vacation. Ontario sounds beautiful, and building your new home is so exciting.

I know it is hard to find out what's wrong, but it is also empowering since now you can fix it!

Welcome back, Tara!! We are so glad to have you back! The vacation sounds like it did you a world of good, and now that you have a plan of action, I have no doubt that you'll be joining the "TTC Grads/TTC EC/Finally PG" board (whatever the name ends up being) very soon (did you read about this new development in the Board Business folder?)

Anyway, it's good to "see" you back again! ;)

Hi, Stephanie! Your timing looks great! I will agree with FF on your "o" date at cd19...putting you at 7dpo. Typically the hormone surge causing the drop in temps happens before "O", so with that and your cm and your opk's, I'd say cd19. They may have had a hard time determining it initially because of your lack of pre"o" temps....makes it hard to figure until there are a few post "o" temps to go by.

GL!!!! ++++++ vibes to you!

Tara-

Well that sure does help out a lot. I was trying to take it easy this month. Ben puts a lot of stress on me because he wants the kids close in age like his brother. So, that was why I quit temping for a while and test stress and school stress. I just wanted to chill a little. I was just wondering.

You put a big smile on my face. I hope that you have one as well.
