Incorrect Quant Test possible?

It's been a while since I have posted. I was taking a break after a turbulent cycle last month. I am wondering if anyone has heard of a quant blood test giving a false neg. I had a quant test after my last very light, funky early AF visit. I stopped considering being pg after I got the result. However, my symptoms have not stopped. And they are pretty obvious body changes (my bb's to be exact). I should be on CD18 and I have not ovulated this month. I am beginning to question the blood test. Am I kidding myself?

I don't suppose you have a chart? Since you were on a break, probably not....I wish I could help with the quant. blood test question. I thought if you asked specifically for a QUANTITIVE test, then that would mean even if the count was low, they would tell you the number regardless. However, if you knew what your bbtemp was in comparison to your normal post AF and post "o" temps previously, that would give you a good indication of the posibility of pg.

My temps are up almost 1 degree to normal pre-ovulation. It is very strange. I thought the same thing with a quantitive test. My number was 2. Once I got the number, I gave up on it. But the symptoms are not going away, they are actually getting slightly worse.

(((((((HUGS))))))))))) Laura... I'm not sure if it's possible, but I would go have another b/t done. Maybe your af was implantation and the hcg just wasn't strong enough, so that first b/t completely missed it. GL!!!!!!!!! I really hope you get that BFP, especially with all your smpx...sounds promising! LOLove, Connie
