So today we were learning massage tenchniques, and my instructor said that during the first trimester a woman should not have her feet or ankles massaged. Apparently this is linked to miscarriages. How weird! There are certain pressure points in the ankle that cause women to go into labor! So if you're pregnant and thinking of getting a pedicure, be cautious! I'm glad I learned this because I loooove pedicures so this means when I get pregnant no pedicures for me!

*takes a big deep breath* I'm as ready as I'll ever be! I think if I see another BFN though, I'm going to wait a few more days to test. Probably Sunday or Monday.

I had reflexology when I was pregnant with DS as I have really bad lymphoedema in my left leg and it was made ten times worse by the extra weight of pregnancy. The lady who did it used to very gently just rub that area of my ankle and say, "Hello Little Baby" and then move on. I thought it was so sweet.
