Light period?

If anyone can help it would be great. My cycles are always regular(28 days). My last cycle started on 7/25. On the 16th I had some brownish discharge, then the 20th had a little bit of blood when I went to the bathroom but that was it. I should have started on 8/22 but didn't. All my HPT were -. I went to my ob when I was 7 days late and she did a pap smear and it came back normal. She didn't say I wasn't pregnant, but didn't say i was. She just told me to test each week I was late. Anyways on 9/01, 11 days late I got what I thought was AF, but it only lasted 4 days, but it was spotty to very light then spotty again. Then I thought well maybe I ovulated late and that's why my AF was late and very light. Then today, almost 2 days after I ended I started very lightly spotting or bleeding again, I'm not sure what to make of this. I'm already confused if my ovulation is going to be messed up because I was late, but now since I barely had AF I don't know what to think. Will my ovulation be messed up this month or what. What is up with all this bleeding. Can anyone tell me what is going on and if I should still ovulate since I didn't have that much bleeding. Baby Dust to evryone.

I don't really have any suggestions for you...but wanted to bump your message back up to the top, so hopefully others would see it! I guess my suggestion would be to give a call to your doctor and see what s/he suggests you do. I'm not trying to get your hopes up, but my neighbor actually tested negative a few times with HPTs and actually turned out to be PG! (I don't know what brand HPT she used or why that happened though...) Are you recently off BCP? (That may be why your cycle is weird this month....) Also, sometimes stress can make your cycle a little wacky as well. Sorry I don't have more to offer you. Hopefully someone else has a better answer. Good luck to you!

I am happy to have a normal AF so I can start fresh, and know where I am in my cycle.
