This morning, cd31, 11dpo, neg hpt(sniff sniff). AF probably due in 2 days. What is the likelihood that I am not pg? DH thinks I took test soon enough to be accurate. Just looking for a ray of hope. TIA

Wrigs~

I have heard that sometimes it can take up until 18DPO to get a + . Everyone's body is different...so if AF is a no show, I'd test again in a few days!

Good luck and keep us posted!!!!!!

It depends what test you took. Some of them are more sensitive than others. Usually you can read it in the box. I took one that said you could get results three days before your period and I got a faint line. Then I bought another one that didn't mention anything about the previous three days and I got a -

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! I used a First Response early test - said could be used 4 days before AF, so I thought that would be a good one. But BFN. I could be wrong in my detection of O day, I may only be 10dpo. The thing that just throws me are I am SO bloated, no CM, temps are highest yet for past two days, very tired at 7pm, irritable, BBs are a little sore. Maybe I should just wait till Monday and test again. I don't know - getting rather upset about this cycle. =(

I know how you feel. I am so anxious I just can't wait. Regarding the pregancy tests, remember that the hormone hCG increases gradually and in some women it happens very soon and in some others it takes longer. I've read that you might miss your period, being pg and still get a - result... So I guess we just have to wait a little bit longer and try again. And when AF is not coming then we might get a + and if not, blood test will be on its way, right? :) Baby dust 4 u!
