Okay...all this TTC knowledge has just gotten me more confused and worried.

I would talk to your doctor. I read online (WebMD, so I hope it is right!) that if your cycle is longer than 35 days, it is possible that you are not ovulating. Not to say that you are not, but I would at least talk to your doctor and he/she can help you to regulate it, or at least make sure you are ovulating. HTH

If you're willing to give temping a try you can clearly see if you are Oing or not. I was having long cycles off the pill and I could see I was still ovulating. But then after a few months of long cycles I could see I stopped Oing. I waited for a few months to see if I'd ovulated and I didn't. Then I brought my charts to my dr. and she prescribed me clomid. It could be that you ovulate late, like around cd 30, or maybe you are having annovulatory cycles. But without having very regular cycles or charting there is no real way to know. If you keep your thermometer on your nightstand by your alarm clock then you can get in the routine of temping. I think it's very helpful and will help you see what's going on. Most ladies use fertilityfriend to chart. Good luck with your cycles.

Oops. I looked at your temps, and although it's hard to tell for sure, it doesn't look like there is a clear temps shift. I would just bring what you have as far as charts into your dr. and see what he/she thinks. I know it's frustrating. I,too am patiently waiting to O on my first cycle of clomid. I'm over the super long cycles.

Your situation describes me to a T. I have been off BCP since July and my cycles average 35-60 days. I have been religously temping and it appears I do ovulate or at least attempt to (I get a small/slow temp change). But that only happens around CD 30-35, so it takes forever.

Anyway, I took my charts to my dr just yesterday and she said it was sooo good that I had the temps to show her. It showed her how long my cycles are and how irregular I am. She ordered me to get some hormonal bloodwork down and depending on that will put me on Clomid. She said no matter what, your cycles shouldnt be more than 32-35 days total. She said I can still most likely get pregnant, it will just take awhile and I might need a little boost.

So my advice, talk to you dr and try temping to show whether or not you get a shift. This will help determine whether your body is attempting to O at all or not.
