Low/slow luteal temps

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can take a look at my charts and let me know what you think about my luteal phase. It seems that my temps take awhile to raise significantly. Do you think this may be related to low progesterone, or that it warrant me being checked for it? I think my luteal phase temps seems to be low to begin with, and that they take so long to get into the 98's. Any thoughts? Thanks! :)

Here's the link to my charts:

Interesting- I've never heard anything on lp temps being low and low progesterone.

I think your post-O temps look fine - we each have different temp ranges, so you might just "run a little lower."

You are right that low post-ovulatory progesterone can be observed through lower temps as well... however, that's usually indicated by seeing quite a few post-O temps ducking under coverline. I see last cycle your post-O temps never went below coverline, and this cycle you had one day dip under (which might have been implantation... time will tell!) I think you're doing fine!

Good luck!

Thanks for checking out my chart. I feel much better now, especially since my temps are up consistently for the past few days. I had not considered that the dip could be implantation. Well, I'll find out soon enough! It is hard to wait...If it doesn't happen, I may try the progesterone cream next time. Not sure if I should do that without a Doc's prescription, though.
