Are you charting at all?

If you chart, the best time to chart is however long past ovulation your longest Luteal Phase was in the past 6 months.

If you don't chart, think back 6 months, how long was your longest cycle, wait for your cycle to reach that length and then test.

Oh, thanks!!! and no i'm not charting cause I really don't know how.shh.. (Thanks for breaking down abreviations... LOL) I've been buying these 1st response pt - as if its gonna make a difference. You might want to check out Fertility Friend on line (click my ticker). They have a really good free charting course available. They make it real simple to learn how to chart and it's amazing what you learn about your body and it's cycle in the process of temping and charting.

Since AF showed....This is a perfect time to start charting, take your temp at the same time every morning and record it in ff (fertility friend); you can also check your cm (cervical mucous) ff does give you a very good lesson on how to chart and the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility is another big help.
