We just found out last week that my husband has low motility. It is supposed to be at least 50 his is 37. Everything else is in the normal range. He is now taking extra selenium (sp?), more vitamins, special herbs and we are doing acupuncture together.

Are any of you experiencing this? Is there more that we can be doing?

Sounds like you've got a good plan going there. The only thing I will add to your list of things to do is....coffee! Give DH a good shot of expresso- or strong coffee at least before you bd~ the caffeine will jump start his little swimmers and make them boogy to where they need to go!

HTH! ~0 ~0 ~0 ~0 Strong swimming vibes to you!

Really I have not heard that. He will be thrilled. Our naturopath told him no more cafeen. He had 1-2 pots of coffee a day!

my husband has a low sperm motility as well. We have a child who will be 5 in July and have been trying for about 3years now. He is now taking a multi-vitamin, green-tea supplement,co-Q , and also selenium.. He's only been taking them for about 2 weeks now, but I'm anxious to see if it works...if not I know the vitamins are good for him..................I did find something that was very interesting,,,,Amberoz for men,,,and Ovulex for women......... let me what you think..............

Good Luck! Lori Cantrell
