When you don't o, isn't the next af supposed to be heavier, since the lining had more time to build up?? And what do you call it when it's more than spotting but not quite a flow???? *confused*

I've had 4 days now of super light af...if I can call it that. My legs have started to ache and feel kinda thick (I don't know how else to describe it, sorry), I actually got nauseous today from hunger (which never happens), and I've got a pulling sensation in my breasts that kinda hurts.

I posted a few days ago about my possible o date. I've taken the override off now; it just didn't make sense. *sigh* www.fertilityfriend.com/home/22c8f

Thanks for any input!

A lot of times after an anovulatory cycle, there is also an "irregular" shedding of the lining, which could be a really light period or a really heavy one. In the past, I often had anovulatory cycles and VERY light periods. By the time I started on Clomid to induce ovulation, I had so much "backlog" that I spotted for 8 days before my Clomid AF.

I don't know if you might want to call today "Light" in the menses category of FF? That's one that I reserve for days between a normal AF flow and spotting.

Good luck to you!
