OK, so we decided that we were ready to get pregnant and set a goal of anytime during or after Fall 2008...

If your OBGYN can't offer a reasonable explanation or method of treatment, you might try to find an acupuncturist in your area that specializes in women's menstruation problems/infertility. I had super long, irregular periods that were fairly painful and heavy and didn't want to go the BC route (I'd already been on them for 5 years). With a combination of acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs, I had a regular cycle the first month. If you just search google, you should be able to find someone. It is not cheap though, and if your insurance doesn't cover it, just be prepared. However, it worked for me so I really recommend exploring that option if your doctors can't come up with anything.

Thanks Anna,

How many acupunctures did you have to go to? And did you do them based on the moon cycle? My naturopath suggested this to me a few months ago, so I booked them in for February!
